The Apponequet Gridiron Club was founded in February 2009.  Our mission is to raise funds for and support the success of the Apponequet Regional High School Football Program.  The Gridiron Club will help create a more positive experience for the players than could otherwise be afforded.  The money raised will help replace old equipment and uniforms, pay for game day food and refreshments for the team, support a Football Program Scholarship Fund, and pay for the year end banquet for the players, including individual awards and team apparel.

Gillette Stadium – We have been given the opportunity to work a food concession stand at certain events (concerts, Revolution Soccer Games, and possibly Patriots Football Games) at Gillette Stadium.  We need 12 people for each event.  The Gridiron Club will earn a portion of the proceeds from each concession we work.  In order to qualify for this program we had to commit to 13 events this year.

Annual Apponequet Football Golf Tournament – (August, 2012).  We need volunteers, players, and hole sponsors and raffle items.

Gridiron Club Membership – Support the Apponequet High School Football Team by becoming a club member.  The membership fee is $25.00 per family.

We encourage anyone who would like to get more involved to attend the Gridiron Club meetings.  We meet at the Back Nine Club in Lakeville the second Thursday of each month at 7pm.
